Shaftless Flight
Manufactured according to CEMA standards, as well as custom designed spirals in a large range of thicknesses and diameters. This heavier gauge helicoid flight is produced from a single or multiple flat bars coaxially welded together in different configurations from a wide variety of metals, including but not limited to carbon, high strength low alloy, abrasion resistant and stainless steels.
Sectional Flight
For every need and application, these custom helix flights are available in a large range of dimensions and a vast variety of materials. Formed into a helix in different cylindrical, conical, cupped, specially shaped configurations in diameters up to 200” and thicknesses up to 3-1/2”. Produced with a wide variety of features like saw teeth, slots, notches and hole patterns.
Helicoid Flight
Available loose or shaft mounted according to the customers’ designs, requirements and field of use. Continuous one-piece helix from coil strip, with conical thickness and tolerances conforming to international standards for a wide range of industries. Cold-rolled for a better durability and a smooth surface finish, are available in mild and stainless steels.
Special Flight
Even for unique applications, to meet clients requirements, be it cylindrical or conical, in various materials, produced as per client indications. They may have one or more of the following characteristics, angle, tapered, toothing, drill holes, complex geometrical forms, cupped, ribbon flights, application of additional components such as brushes, blades and plating.
Complete Screws
As per custom design, complete screw weldments are produced in an ample range of diameters and thicknesses. Our machining and assembly capabilities enable us to produce custom-made augers in carbon, stainless or abrasion resistant steels. Certain finishing are possible such as sandblasting, polishing, glazing, pickling are possible at the request of the client.
